My Account Manager

We have recently updated our servers to allow you to do some extra things using a new "My Account Manager"

You can sign into your account using:
(and your email used to purchase)

Inside you will see options to:
  • Add additional installations to your account 
    • (so you can activate on more PC's)
  • Renew your maintenance terms 
    • (to get recent software updates & client transfer utilities)
  • To purchase/Renew the Online Status Portal
    • To keep your portal going - no contracts required!
  • To purchase "Live" technical support from a technician
    • to use our premium based support system to have a person work with you remotely
    • a link to connect to the technician too!
